Be careful of constipation

Ladies be careful of constipation. Some women don't eat properly and will tend to be constipated. You have to watch what you eat. Stay away from fried foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables and drink a lot of water. You have to eat some fiber, protein, fish, chicken and leafy green vegetables. You have to exercise and get your rest. Eat more vegetables, not too much meat with your dinner. Stay away from too much starch in your diet. Stay away from sugary products and sodas. Remember, eat right, exercise right, and get a good night sleep.
