MY EYES HAVE SEEN IT ALL AND MY NOSE HAVE SMELL IT ALL.

I HAD TO COME OUT AND SPRAY THE BATHROOM STALL BEFORE GOING BACK INSIDE TO USE THE BATHROOM. YOU HAVE TO EAT THE RIGHT FOODS, EXERCISE, WALK, BE MOTIVATED TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT. WHEN YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A LOT OF HEALTH ISSUES. YOU CAN HAVE SHORTNESS OF BREATH. Ladies please get your check-ups and stay healthy
Ladies it is very important to get your check ups each year. Please don't wait and put off this important aspect of your lives. When you reach a certain age you have to check everything. You are getting older and if you are overweight more sickness tends to attack you. You ladies know that you have to check your colon, heart, lungs, breasts, kidneys, liver and get a pop smear every year also for HPV. Get a blood test, check for your blood pressure and diabetes also. You have to stay on top of things to make sure that you live a long and healthy life. # I am sorry to hear about Taylor Swift's mom. Hoping you get better soon and I am praying for you both.

Ladies, If you are not feeling well please go to the Doctor
Ladies you need to take care of yourselves. Sometimes, you get a pain here or there, you need to pay attention to your body. A lot of times you might get a head ache and will not go to get it check out. If you keep getting a lot of head ache, you need to go to your Doctor. If you are throwing up and you are not pregnant, you need to go to the Doctor. If you have a pain in your leg or arm that don't go away, you need to go to your Doctor. In some instances, some women might experience a severe pain in their head please go to the Doctor. If you faint or black out you need to visit your Doctor. Please get your annual physical each and every year to protect yourselves. Ladies please take care of yourselves.

Ladies be careful of constipation. Some women don't eat properly and will tend to be constipated. You have to watch what you eat. Stay away from fried foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables and drink a lot of water. You have to eat some fiber, protein, fish, chicken and leafy green vegetables. You have to exercise and get your rest. Eat more vegetables, not too much meat with your dinner. Stay away from too much starch in your diet. Stay away from sugary products and sodas. Remember, eat right, exercise right, and get a good night sleep.

Sometimes we are so burden down by some sicknesses that affect women. Some women experience Endometriosis which is a painful disease. Some women experience having fibroid. Some women experience Depression. Some women experience having lupus. Some women have painful cramps associated with their period every month. Some women experience having breast cancer, colon cancer or cervical cancer, etc. We have to fight for a cure to eliminate all these sicknesses. We have to work together and support each other. Have more fund drive to find a cure for all these diseases. It is very important to get your check-ups each and every year. If you know that certain sicknesses is in your family history, then you should get your check-ups sooner than later. Make every effort to get check. Stay on top of things.
