YOU HAVE TO EAT THE RIGHT FOODS, EXERCISE, WALK, BE MOTIVATED TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT. WHEN YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A LOT OF HEALTH ISSUES. YOU CAN HAVE SHORTNESS OF BREATH. YOUR HEART HAVE TO WORK HARDER. YOU ARE SUBJECT TO ALL SORT OF HEALTH PROBLEMS, SUCH AS CERTAIN CANCERS. YOU CAN GET HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. YOU CAN GET DIABETES. IN SOME CASES FAT AROUND THE LIVER. IF YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT AND SMOKING CIGERATTES AND HAVE TWO OR MORE HEALTH ISSUES THAT IS BAD, BAD, BAD. YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO START EATING LESS AND EXERCISE.
